Flavours from the village
My poor family have been eating the “uggos” for years and with that my flavours have developed names to whom they are betrothed. If you ask for a cake flavour and eat it as much as one of my village, you may just be lucky enough to join the club.
The one that started it all, "lemon curd is a food group". It's a vanilla cake spiked with lemon zest, stuffed with homemade lemon curd and finished with swiss meringue buttercream
Chocolate cake with a hint of vanilla, filled with raspberry jam and topped with chocolate icing and freeze dried raspberry.
Vanilla and raspberry cake, finished with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. Usually filled with lemon curd or raspberry jam, you can pick.
Chocolate cake, filled with Nutella, topped with chocolate buttercream with a dash of salted dulce de leche.
Hummingbird cake spiced with plenty of cinnamon, filled with passionfruit curd and iced with vanilla cream cheese buttercream. Contains pecan nuts.
Chocolate cake with touch of mint, filled with a dark chocolate mint ganache and finished with a chocolate icing.
Tangy lime and vanilla cake, filled with passionfruit curd and topped with a vanilla icing. Yes, this one should be tart enough to pull a face.
This is a heavily spiced carrot cake, spiked with salted dulce de leche and iced with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, spiked with a little more dulce de leche. On occasion contains walnuts, and can be had with a traditional cream cheese if it takes your fancy.
A fresh banana cake spiced with a little cinnamon, filled with salted dulce de leche and topped with a chocolate icing. It's "flippa".
The classic and colourful red velvet cake with vanilla cream cheese buttercream.
Sometimes your boy Nen gets a little fancy. It's still the same red velvet you love, but this time paired with a tart, homemade raspberry jam and crowned with a raspberry swiss meringue buttercream.
Traditional and never boring. A vanilla white cake, finished with a vanilla icing (usually pink icing if you ask the man himself). But, add a jam, curd or caramel and can be anything you want it to be.

Just like you'd find in a country bakery, but as a cupcake. A chocolate cupcake is filled with salted dulce de leche, iced with a salted dulce de leche buttercream. It is then drizzled with dark chocolate fudge and sprinkled with a biscuit crumb.
Just as us Aussies do their coffee. This is a vanilla cake filled with a homemade coffee custard, then topped up with a vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, cake crumbs and a little coffee dusting.
Nicknamed after the baker, and just as you expect this is a chocolate orange delight. A chocolate cake filled with a homemade choco orange custard. Iced with a chocolate swiss meringue buttercream then decorated with a little more chocolate and orange.
Cinnamon crusted vanilla cake with a cinnamon spiced apple compote. Crowned with a custard swiss meringue icing and sprinkled with a little crumble.
